Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to Pronora (the "Service"), operated by Pronora (the "Company"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Pronora is an AI marketing platform that generates campaigns, copy, and creative based on your prompts.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pronora to: break the law or infringe rights; spam or defraud; generate illegal content, hate, harassment, deepfakes, CSAM, malware, or instructions for harm; reverse-engineer, scrape, jailbreak, or interfere with the Service; resell outputs as a competing service.
4. AI outputs
You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, and verifying accuracy and legality. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice. You own outputs we generate for you, subject to third-party rights and these Terms.
5. Payments & subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Buyer terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Plan limits are enforced server-side and reset monthly.
6. Refunds & cancellation
See our Refund Policy. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the current period.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, software, models, and branding are owned by Pronora and its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or serious policy violations.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pronora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify Pronora against claims arising from your inputs, your outputs, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified.
13. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pronora is established.
