Pronora ("we") is the data controller for personal data we process about users of Pronora and visitors to our website.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, OAuth IDs.
• Workspace data: brand profiles, campaigns, prompts you create.
• Usage & telemetry: pages, features used, generation counts, device/browser metadata, IP.
• Support communications.
• Billing identifiers and subscription status (full payment data processed by Paddle).

2. How we use it

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service (contract, legitimate interests).
• Authenticate users and prevent fraud (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
• Process payments via Paddle (contract).
• Send service messages (contract).
• Respond to support requests (legitimate interests).

3. Recipients

• Paddle — Merchant of Record for payments, billing, and tax.
• Hosting and database providers.
• AI model providers (to generate from your prompts).
• Analytics providers (e.g. PostHog).
• Email delivery providers.
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

4. International transfers

Data may be processed in the US and EU. Where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax, and security obligations.

6. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you can access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to your supervisory authority. Email privacy@pronora.app.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and breached-password detection (HIBP).
